2. The categories in which you would like to register the Trade Mark. We have provided a complete breakdown of all the categories of goods and services currently available here. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
3. The name of the proposed registrant of the trade mark - this can be either a individual or a company name.
4. The address for the owner of the Trade Mark - this can be any address worldwide.
Please note that a Community Trade Mark now covers 27 member countries and therefore provides excellent protection and coverage across the whole of Europe for one fee. The countries covered can be found here.

In the event that your trademark is unable to be applied for due to prior marks or because of registry practice we shall retain this sum and return the balance of any fees due to you. ***This price includes fees to registration - for a CTM fees are charged at both the application and registration stages. Our fees include 3 categories of goods and/or services. Further classes are charged at £230 including registry fees.
