How long will it take to get my trade mark?

If everything goes smoothly then it will take around 8-9 months. Please note that there is nothing we can do about these timescales as they are part of the process of obtaining a registered mark. Please note that once your mark has reached the registration stage, registration fees will become payable – we will contact you at the time for these.
