Our system couldn’t be easier - you purchase deposits at a rate per item - the more you deposit the cheaper it gets. Once you have paid for the deposits simply send us your work in any format such as disk, CD or DVD and we will independently register it for you and send you a dated certificate of deposit.
You are free to use your deposit credits at any time and they never go out of date.
Our unregistered design right registration lasts 5 years and no other fees are payable.
Unregistered rights give you the ability to prevent others from copying your design, however a registered design right gives you a monopoly over the design. This means that the scope of protection of an unregistered design right is lower than than that of a registered design.
