 | Trade Mark Watching
As from the 1st October 2007, the UK will not cite your trade mark against any new applications. For this reason, we recommend putting in place a watching service for your mark(s).
This service flags up any new applications which may conflict with your mark and allows us to alert you and recommend the appropriate form of action.
We are offering 2 main types of watching service. The first is a UK only watching sevrice, ideal for those mark holders who have just a UK mark. This watches all applications made to the UK registry and alerts us to any potentially conflicting marks.
The second service is an EU trade mark watch which covers all 27 national registries of the EU, together with the European trade mark office itself. This is a comprehensive watching service, primarily aimed at those rights holders with an EU registration, but also for those UK rights holders who may wish to expnd into Europe at some stage.
Please note that all watching services are priced PER MARK, PER CLASS and the fees payable represent an annual fee.
