Welcome to IP Lab. We are an Intellectual Property services company based in Guernsey in the Channel Islands.

We register, manage and protect a wide range of Intellectual Property assets for clients throughout the world. These primarily consists of UK and EU trademark applications, together with the associated trademark searching and watching services. In addition, we maintain one of the largest independent copyright registires in the world. This enables copyright owners to deposit their material with us in order to prove their ownership of such work. Full details of these services can be found in our copyright section.

From our base in Guernsey we are also able to offer clients a tax efficient base for their IP assets. Guernsey's IP laws changed in 2006 and as a result the range of services we are able to offer has expanded considerably.
